The questions that come up.
+Can the Catch-Up really scale across a whole organization?
That's the design. It's self-guided and prescriptive, so a hundred people can run it the same month without a single trainer on your side. Self-serve registration handles the whole rollout online, including the quote, the invoice, and your PO number.
+Can we enroll in both at the same time?
Yes. The trainings are designed to run concurrently, and the weekly loads don't compete: the Catch-Up is about 3 self-guided hours a week, the Leadership training 5 to 7 in cohort.
+I'm not an executive. Is the Catch-Up still for me?
Yes. Founders, solopreneurs, and senior individual contributors do this work too. Executive describes the kind of work, not the title on your card.
+Should our executives take the Leadership training instead?
Only if they'll personally do the building. If they need to operate AI confidently and lead the people who build, the Catch-Up is the right altitude.
+Is there a required order?
No. Neither training depends on the other. Start where your bottleneck is.
+What do participants need before starting?
Catch-Up: One paid AI tool, usually ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot. No technical background is required. Agent Leadership: A company-approved AI building tool such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot. These tools may have started in engineering, but participants direct them in plain English to build agents, workflows, and working systems for many kinds of business work.
+We're a large team, or need a PO or procurement.
The registration form does all of it, at any seat count. Request a formal quote for procurement, or have an invoice emailed to you instead of paying by card. Invoices are due on receipt and carry your billing company, address, and PO number when you have one. Pay by card or ACH bank transfer; above $10,000 the order moves to ACH, wire, or invoice, and still completes online. Anything your process needs that the form does not cover, email us and we will set it up.
+What's the refund policy?
Full refund through the end of week one, on both trainings. No form, no approval to wait on.
